Volunteers keep Edmonds Senior Center Thrift Store humming

The Beacon has written about European travel expert Rick Steves Volunteer Corps, employees from Rick Steves' Europe on Fourth Avenue North who do work in the community.
Steves started the program to help keep employees busy during the pandemic by volunteer duing some of their paid time on. Steves continues to pay employees even though the pandemic has cut work hours.
Regan Van Swell and Matt Yglesias are among a number of Steves' employees who have keep Edmonds Senior Center Thrift Store afloat during the pandemic.
