Best Book contest has new rules for 2021

The City of Edmonds Arts Commission and Friends of the Edmonds Library have new rules for its annual The Best Book I Ever Read Poster Exhibit program promoting literacy and visual art for third grade age students living in Edmonds.
For the past 23 years, the program was presented as a contest, with an exhibit of winning posters in the Frances Anderson Center and a reception for the contest winners and their families.
This year, any third grade student in Edmonds, or who attends a school within the city limits of Edmonds, and who submits a poster, will be entered into a raffle for one of 20...
