Tony Mann of T&T Seafood in Edmonds in his empty restaurant at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 3. It was the beginning of a long year – still continuing – for many restaurants in Edmonds, as well as small businesses. The coronavrius pandemic was the dominant story in 2020 for Edmonds – and the world.

Hang in there – 2020 is almost over. The coronavirus' impacts have certainly made a huge dent in the Edmonds Beacon's coverage this year. But there was other news, of course. Here, in our annual review, are just a few of the stories the Beacon reported on in 2020 from January to June.
