Baker Conor O'Neill gets help from restaurateur Shubert Ho while looking forward to his own shop

It was a year ago that the Beacon profiled young entrepreneur Conor O'Neill and his new small pop-up bread stand in Perrinville called The Cottage at Blue Ridge.
It wasn't long before his customer base expanded, and local and regional publications – as well as restaurateurs – took a closer look at the Meadowdale High School graduate.
One of those who looked on – and was convinced of O'Neill's talents at first taste – was Edmonds' most accomplished foodie: Shubert Ho of Feedme Hospitality and Restaurant Group.
With Ho's help, O'Neill now has his eyes...
