Thanks to advances in DNA technology, Loomis’ killer was confirmed to be Terrence Miller, who killed himself hours before being found guilty last month. (https://bit.ly/3fPcQgV.) Miller attended Edmonds public schools and lived on Beverly Park Road in unincorporated Edmonds.
