Boo Han: Man charged with first-degree murder
27-year-old allegedly injured two others in Sept. shooting

A 27-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the Sept. 29 shooting at Boo Han Oriental Market in Edmonds that left one woman dead and a man and woman injured.
The Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office also charged Duy Phuong Nguyen with first-degree assault and first-degree domestic violence assault.
He is being held on $3 million bail.
Nguyen’s 24-year-old wife, who claimed she was abused by her husband for weeks, was one of the injured. According to court documents, the other victims were a 23-year-old man and 20-year-old woman, who were dating and friends of Nguyenâ...
