2 finalists for Edmonds chief of police

The city's next police chief will either be one with a long history of service to Edmonds or the police chief for the Sauk-Suiattle Native American tribe.
"After an almost two-month application period, I am excited to move forward two exceptional candidates for further consideration for the position of Edmonds police chief," said Mayor Mike Nelson. "Both candidates bring a wealth of valuable experience."
They are current Acting Police Chief Jim Lawless and Sherman Pruitt.
