Ines Angiono: 1934-2020

On Wednesday, September 23, 2020, Ines Angiono, loving mother of three children, passed away at the age of 86.
Ines was born on September 7, 1934, in Fumone, Italy, to Perri and Anna Bellotti. She came to the U.S. when she was 16 years old and attended high school in downtown Seattle.
She worked as a Travel Agent for many years, eventually owning and operating her own travel business, 3 Coins Travel. Ines raised her daughter Lilly, and her two sons, Perry and Loren, in Edmonds.
Family and her Italian culture were most important to her. Ines loved to travel and over the past 60 years, she went to Italy each year to visit relatives, staying there for the entire summer. While the children were growing up they traveled with her.
Ines was very active in the Italian Club of Seattle and the Edmonds Senior Center, where she enjoyed socializing with others and volunteering in community events. Ines loved to dance and sing, and was active in a community singing group.
Each year, she helped organize and participated in the annual Festa Italiana held in downtown Seattle. She was known for her kindness and compassionate spirit. Ines was always there for her children, whatever they needed, and she helped others when and how she could.
Ines was preceded in death by her father, Perri, and her mother, Anna. She will be missed and never forgotten. She is survived by Lilly (Dawes) and her husband Jerry and two children, Danny and Analisa; Perry and his wife Lizann and three children, Candy, Cassie, and John; and Loren and his wife Danielle, and two children Nichole and Tony; and by several grandchildren and great=grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020, at Holy Rosary Parish, located at 630 7th Ave. North, Edmonds, WA.
