Craft beer-focused Leftcraft opening Aug. 26

Leftcraft opens Aug. 26 at 519 Main Street in Edmonds.

Leftcraft, a new craft beer-focused restaurant at 519 Main Street, is a project from business partners Jamie Butler, Andy Walls, Travis Eaton, and general manger Jennifer Miller.

It opens Wednesday, Aug. 26.

Together the four own and operate three other craft beer restaurants in north Seattle – the Dray, the Yard, and Trailbend Taproom, with their first spot dating back to 2008.

Leftcraft will work towards serving both lunch and dinner, though hours to start will be somewhat abbreviated, said Butler.
