A love letter to Amazon and Apple
Say what you want about big tech. How Amazon and Apple are crushing small business. But a huge factor in their success is their exceptional customer service.
A lot of the credit for this service is due to their workers all over the world (including those in the U.S.) who are happy to have jobs. Especially in this difficult time of virus, I have been well-served by these companies.
