'We are basically writing new business plans now'

No restaurateur in Edmonds has more at stake with the severe coronavirus restaurant restrictions than Shubert Ho, whose Feed Me Hospitality includes Bar Dojo, Shooby Doo Catering, The Mar-ket, Salt and Iron, and San Kai Sushi.

"You know, it's very fluid," he said this week. "We've been researching all the information out there in preparation for something like this. To be honest, the last few weeks we have been working diligently in the background preparing for each step. We have almost been ahead of the curve a little bit by recognizing what needs to be done."
