King's Schools in Shoreline, which includes a sizable number of students from Edmonds and Woodway, has decided to move to a remote learning platform for students through March 27, the final day of school preceding spring break.

"While there are zero instances of an individual being diagnosed or suspected of COVID-19 on our campus," said spokesman Ben Wilson, "we have continued to evaluate and execute preventative measures aimed at proactively keeping everyone on our campus safe – this includes our students and teachers of King's, as well as CRISTA Senior Living residents and CRISTA Ministries staff.

"Our teachers went through remote learning training last week and are ready for this plan to be put into motion."

King's Schools is an independent, interdenominational Christian school for students from preschool to grade 12.
