If early results hold, the replacement of College Place Middle School, which the majority of Edmonds students attend after elementary school, might have to wait. It's not yet clear.
But despite Edmonds School District's claim that property taxes would remain at a level rate, Tuesday's first results from the special election show the district's $600 million capital improvement and construction bond, Proposition 1, with 55.26% votes in favor and 44.74% against.
