Shubert Ho: "Having a restaurant is definitely not as hard as having a child, but you go through the same stresses in a way."

If there's a formula for launching a successful restaurant in Edmonds, Shubert Ho and his restaurant group seem to have cracked it.

Ho, with the help of his Feedme Hospitality and Restaurant Group, has launched five successful, unique restaurant concepts in Edmonds since moving to the city after college to live with his wife, Mira, in 2006.

It takes a village

The 37-year-old Ho said it takes time, thoughtfulness, and teamwork for a restaurant to get up-and-running – a process he compares to raising a child.
