Edmonds Historical Museum's new exhibit, "The Perfect Dive," celebrates 50 years of the Edmonds Underwater Park.
It opens Feb. 1.
Established at Brackett's Landing North by city ordinance as a marine preserve and sanctuary in 1970, the Edmonds Underwater Park is the most popular park in Washington's underwater park system, attracting over 25,000 divers each year.
For 50 years, the 27-acre park has grown through volunteer efforts to include sunken features and trails that draw interest from marine life and divers alike.
