The five-taco special at Omar's.

Some have said I write too enthusiastically about food. I take the same approach to writing about food than I do to eating it – it has to be worth it.

In the case of Omar's Taqueria, the tacos, burritos, sopes, mulitas, carnitas, and anything else on the menu, it is unequivocally worth it.

We ventured into this pumpkin-colored storefront on the southeast corner of Highway 99 and 208th Street SW because of a few suggestions and the undeniable draw of the "TACO" sign blinking in the window.
