The election is over, and a new mayor is on the way, along with three new councilmembers: Vivian Olson, Susan Paine and Laura Johnson.
But there's still one position open: The Position 2 seat left vacant after Mike Nelson defeated fellow Councilmember Neil Tibbott to win a four-year mayoral term.
