City is overreaching
My mother-in-law (the City) recently passed ban on single-use plastic containers and is appealing a safe gun storage ruling.
Although I agree the people should not use single-use plastic containers, I feel it should be a choice the people make, not a law the city imposes.
Along the same lines, I feel if you want to have a gun it should be the individual's responsibility to safeguard against misuse. Again, not the city's place.
This type of thing is getting out of hand. What's next? A law on how many squares of toilet paper we can use to wipe our butts?
