Ugly ruts strike again

Once or twice every year, someone who is to immature to have a driver's license tears up the lawn near the Welcome to Edmonds sign as you enter our fair city on Fifth Avenue.

The lawn/grass is moist and, using a four-wheel vehicle, they leave deep, ugly ruts that takes several months to heal. It not only looks bad, but is also difficult to mow and maintain.

This act is an insult to the citizens of Edmonds.

It saddens me, and I would like to see the responsible person/people called out and have them repair the damaged area themselves.

Maybe a reward should be consid...
