Friends: 40 years of supporting the Edmonds Library

The Friends of the Edmonds Library has its annual book sale in October at the Frances Anderson Center.

To mark its 40th anniversary, Friends of the Edmonds Library will host a party from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at Brigid's Bottleshop, 188 Sunset Ave. S., Edmonds. The family- and dog-friendly event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.

Friends President Luke Distelhorst said the Friends decided to hold their party away from the library to avoid disrupting library customers.
