King's upends Sultan, will play for league crown | Football

Sophomore QB Teeter runs for four touchdowns

King’s didn’t play a perfect game but did more than enough to defeat Sultan and put itself in a position to win the league title.

Sophomore quarterback Hayden Teeter rushed for 80 yards on 14 carries and scored four touchdowns to lead the Knights to a 34-13 victory over the Turks in a North Sound Conference football game Friday, Oct. 25, at Sultan High School.

The victory means that if King’s (2-1 in the league, 3-5 overall) defeats South Whidbey (2-1, 6-2) in Friday’s key match-up, then the Knights will claim the league title and the No. 1 seed to the playoffs. The Knights host the...
