This September marked a milestone for Ben Incardona of Edmonds.

Ben is celebrating his 10-year anniversary as a lobby attendant for Panera Bread at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood.

Ben's genuine delight at meeting people and providing excellent customer service quickly made him a customer favorite at Panera. Ben's regulars will ask when he's working and make sure to come for lunch when Ben is on duty.
