As the oldest incorporated city in Snohomish County, Edmonds is certainly feeling all of its 129 years these days.

That fact was a main driver in Edmonds Mayor Dave Earling's proposed $130 million 2020 budget – an increase from 2019's approved $109 million budget and 2018's approved $92 million – that he presented to City Council Tuesday, Oct. 8.
