Grandson and grandmother reconnect for Edmonds dual art exhibit

While living in Idaho, I always enjoyed walks with my young grandsons in the University of Idaho Arboretum.
I often loaned Avery Caudill, my oldest grandson, my Nikon DSLR camera. At 12, he used that camera to teach himself sophisticated camera techniques, and his passion for photography grew. Over the next few years he dove into film editing and saved up to buy several more cameras – and a few drones.
Before he was of voting age, he'd become a professional filmmaker, photographer, and licensed drone pilot.
