New Mukilteo ferry terminal on target for 2020

Going up to Whidbey Island and points north for many means hopping on the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry.
If you haven't visited the ferry terminal lately, you should know that there are major updates to the terminal already underway.
The 62-year-old terminal is seismically vulnerable, Washington State Ferries reports.
