Lakeside defeats Rush in annual Jake Long tourney | Baseball

Lakeside Recovery defeated Washington Rush 10-3 in the championship game of the third annual Jake Long Memorial baseball tournament Sunday, July 21, at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood.
Arden Walcott hit a bases-clearing triple in the fourth inning as Lakeside pushed across five runs in the fourth inning to take a 7-1 lead. Tournament MVP Tyler Odegard pitched 3 1/3 innings of scoreless ball.
