Holy Rosary students were treated to a surprise appearance from a special guest last week at the school's annual closing ceremonies assembly.

Holy Rosary alumnus and tech entrepreneur Jonathan Sposato spoke to the students about how his time as a student at Holy Rosary helped shaped his successful career. Sposato graduated from Holy Rosary School in the 1980s and went on to become a successful entrepreneur, business investor, author, and public speaker.

He was a key player in developing the first Xbox and Xbox games at Microsoft. Sposato is also the chairman and co-founder of Geekwire.com, one of the technology sector's top news sites, and the chairman and founder of PicMonkey, a popular photo-editing website.

He has the honor of being the first person to sell two companies to Google, and in 2016, he made headlines when he announced he would be the first technology investor to only invest in female-founded companies.

Sposato told students to remain lifelong learners, have fun with your work and, above all, be kind.
