Young Knights racking up the victories | Boys soccer

 


The King’s boys soccer team is finding success with a young lineup.

With only two seniors on the roster, the Knights currently are tied for first place in the North Sound Conference with South Whidbey. Both teams have 3-0 league records heading into next week’s key showdown.

King’s hosts the Falcons at 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, at Woolsey Stadium in a game that will go a long way in determining which team will secure the league’s No. 1 seed to districts.

“We’ll get a better idea of where we are,” King’s coach Matt Sporn said of Tuesday’s contest.
