Councilmember Thomas Mesaros announced during Tuesday’s council meeting that he will not seek re-election, further leaving the possibility that those who legislate law in Edmonds could take on a whole new look in 2020.
“By the end of this year, I will have served nearly six years on the City Council, and during that time, I have found most of the experiences very worthwhile,” said Mesaros, 70. “As in all aspects of life, some days were much more fun than others, but on the whole, serving our city, in this capacity, will be a very favorable memory in the years ahead.”
