Edmonds-Woodway captures 3A district crown | Boys swimming

Depth lifted Edmonds-Woodway to the Wesco 3A boys swimming district championship.

The Warriors won two individual events and two out of the three relays and had nine individual swims in the top 5 on Friday, Feb. 8, at Snohomish Aquatic Center.

Edmonds-Woodway finished with 435 points to finish ahead of Shorecrest (401) and defending champion Shorewood (347). Snohomish (226) and Lynnwood (138) rounded out the top 5 teams.

Junior Yuteng Wang won the 100-yard butterfly in 53.27 seconds and senior Daniel Eno captured the 100 breaststroke in 1:00.92. Wang also finished third in the 100 breast...
