Senior centers offer aging program

Developed by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program, the program is five weeks of two-and-a-half-hour classes feature local experts sharing their knowledge across a wide range of subjects, including health, finances, relationships and advanced planning.

The program combines education with goal-setting, daily practices and classroom support.

The five-week program, a value of $150 per participant, is offered for free.

The classes will be held 6-8:30 p.m. Sept. 26-Oct. 24 at the Lynnwood Senior Center, 19000 44th Ave. W. Light dinner provided.
