Warriors take Wesco 3A boys title | Track and field

 


A trio of Warriors helped Edmonds-Woodway claim the Wesco 3A South boys track and field championship.

Seniors Aaron Richardson and Tyler McAtee and sophomore Chinedu Acholonu each won two individual events Friday, May 11, at Edmonds Stadium.

Richardson finished first in the 110 hurdles in 14.93 seconds and the 300 hurdles in 40.96, while McAtee won the shot put with a throw of 46 feet, 3.50 inches and the discus in 123-07. Acholonu sprinted to victories in the 100 in 11.28 and the 200 in 22.47.
