‘Must show value,’ says Sno-Isle Libraries


The Sno-Isle Libraries operations levy is officially approved.

Canvassing boards in Snohomish and Island counties each met May 4 and certified the April 24 election results. The measure passed with a combined 50.46 percent yes votes to 49.54 percent no votes.

Voters in Island County swung the election; the majority of voters in Snohomish County voted against the levy.
