Edmonds School District cancels school on Friday, Dec. 20

The Edmonds School District canceled school for all students on Friday, Dec. 20 because of snow and hazardous conditions.
All schools, after-school activities, and evening events at district buildings have been canceled.
"This is due to hazardous road condition in the northern portion of the Edmonds School District," said the notice on the district's website.
All high school sporting events involving teams from Edmonds schools have also been canceled.
Students will make up the snow day on Tuesday, June 17, which had previously been a half-day, the last of the year. Students will go now the full day and finish with a half day on June 18.
