Lynn E, Angell and Robert W. Rine II are pleased to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be, daughter of Earl Garrison and the late Betty Garrison, graduated from Edmonds High School and Everett Community College with an Associates degree in Business Technology.

The Groom-to-be, the son of the late Helen and Robert Rine SR, graduated from Edmonds High School and served in the US Navy.

The happy couple met and will be married at Northsound Church. They plan to reside in Edmonds.
