While taking a break as first year law students at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, Matt Lord and Carla Tennison met each other at an intramural soccer game.
After dating for half a year, Matt popped the question at sunset while standing on the bow of a cruise ship to Alaska; luckily she said yes! They will marry July 28, on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
