Summer's exuberance is overflowing at Salon Beige Blonde (605 Main St) next Thursday, August 19, from 5 - 8 pm during the Edmonds Third Thursday Art Walk. Live music, unique jewelry, and barbecued hot dogs await your enjoyment.
A new collaboration between metalsmith Marlo Miyashiro and glass lampworker Natasha Puffer results in a new jewelry collection that is both fun and inventive. Marlo has her jewelry featured in the Sundance catalog. Natasha is an accomplished sculptor of miniature glass. Together, they create unique and fun rings, pendants and earrings.
Just follow your ears to the source of the delightful sounds of dueling pianos played by Amy Janelle and Joe Bongiorno. Their folksy and approachable style will have you dancing along to the easy tunes and lovely voices.
Salon Beige Blonde joins 36 other locations hosting artists showing their work and doing demonstrations, as well as a number of other live music venues, all celebrating the monthly Third Thursday Art Walk in Edmonds.
