On Wednesday evening, September 1, Edmonds Police received information from a concerned citizen who had learned of Jennifer Lynn Blackstock’s disappearance through the local media.  

From this tip police developed information that Jennifer was willingly in the company of a 19-year old Edmonds man and that the two were temporarily residing at a Mukilteo motel.  

Edmonds officers responded to the motel where they contacted the 19-year old man.

Unfortunately, it appears that Jennifer Blackstock observed the officers’ approach and fled from them before she could be contacted.  

However, police now believe that Jennifer is simply on the run from home, not the victim of foul play.

Jennifer Lynn Blackstock remains the subject of an Edmonds Police investigation as a juvenile runaway.  

Criminal charges are pending against the 19-year old man.
