I'd like to give a shout out to Lorrie's Salon, which has recently opened on Olympic View Drive next to Portofino Pizza in Edmonds.
For four years I've patronized a wonderful (but pricey) salon in downtown Edmonds, but have wanted to do some belt tightening recently to help pay for our summer travel plans.
I thought I'd have to take my money to Lynnwood to get a less expensive haircut, but no!
Sue, at Lorrie's Salon, gave me a wonderful haircut at a very modest price. I'm going to send my husband there too.
This is a new business in Edmonds, and I hope it gets lots of customers.
