Would you like your house adjacent to Hyw. I-5?
How about a several miles wide I-5 built over all
of our homes?
Would you like more days with an L.A or Beijing strata of ubiquitous chocking,
sickly yellow haze hanging over you?
Do you believe that, in order for a few to save an hour or so of travel
time to the airport each year is worth all of us having 24/365 psychological
and physical health destructive, inescapably endless
noise, chemical and air pollution?
Do you really believe the airline corporations, once in, will limit
their flights or that the regulatory agency will represent the people, or that
the hired so-called expert consultants are unbiased?
Do you really believe that the politicians who favor the expansion
are not profiting directly or indirectly?
Do you still believe in the tooth fairy?
