With all due respect to Washington State Law, I believe that Mr. Hall needs to stand down and lighten up!  It does not appear that anyone on the council did anything wrong and I applaud them for celebrating alongside their newest council member.  I find it refreshing (pun intended!) to know the group stopped in to patronize a local pub, share laughs, tell stories and relish earned victories.  

The Mr. Hall's of the world often allow the pendulum to swing too far towards correctness that ruins innocence and harmless fun.
