Editor:

Thank you so much for your clear and informative article, "School replacement levy deemed 'important'", printed on January 28.

The upcoming school levy is not only essential for the continuing good education of our children and teens, but it is of paramount importance for our home values as well.

These are tough times for real estate as well as education.

Can you imagine the exodus from Edmonds if our schools were sub-par due to lack of funding? This would affect all homeowners, whether or not they had school age children.

For the sake of our children as well as our home values, I hope all of your readers join me in voting "Yes" for the school levy.
