Its no ordinary sea story. The Port of Edmonds marina is the real deal.

Our marina is as good as any marina in the Puget Sound boating region, and better than most. Ask any active boater and they will likely tell you our marina is a first-class facility, and a feature destination for cruisers, sailors and fishermen from as far away as Canada, Alaska, and even San Francisco. Boaters and landside visitors come to the Port of Edmonds because of our reputation for quality.

Extending 2,400 feet north/south and dedicated by the late Sen. Henry (Scoop) Jackson, the Port of Edmonds marina was constructed in two phases, starting in 1962 and completed in 1969.

Nearly destroyed in the now famous snowstorm of 1996, the marina was rebuilt and reconfigured with uncompromising design and the highest quality materials.

Today the Port of Edmonds marina has a total of 665 wet-moorage slips and 280 dry-storage racks. The marina is open for operations 24/7 year-round, with experienced and well-trained staff ready to serve the needs of boaters and casual visitors alike.

Quality is what makes the Port of Edmonds marina distinctive from many others in the area. The floats and ramps receive daily maintenance to ensure safety, convenience and cleanliness for our boating customers.

The Ports dock attendants provide personal service that sometimes includes assisting tie-ups, providing fuel and directions to local businesses. The Port also provides a courtesy van to help visiting boaters get to places of interest in town.

Customer service is our commitment. Depending on the season, you might even get a fishing tip.

The Port of Edmonds also encourages public access for landside visitors. The landscaping detail is gorgeous year-round, but especially during boating season. If you like flowers and artful gardens, then a walk along the marina promenade will inspire your visit. The marina grounds are safe and clean, and parking is available.

Always in the Top Five, the Port of Edmonds marina was voted Marina Of The Year in 2006. Were the front yard to the Edmonds community. Our quality facilities and quality service reflect those essential values.

Without the Port of Edmonds marina, the picture just wouldnt be complete. The Port commission and staff invite you to come and take a closer look.
